Anne Marie Fahey & Thomas Capano

Anne Marie Fahey disappeared after dinner with lawyer Thomas Capano in 1996. Investigators uncovered their relationship and evidence that Capano had killed her and disposed of her body at sea. His brother’s testimony helped reconstruct the disposal. Capano was convicted of murder in a case that drew intense attention to Delaware’s political and legal circles.
